The house sleeps six and this number must not be exceeded.
We expect the house to be left clean with a full inventory. A charge will be levied of £40 as a cleaning fee if left dirty or untidy. If there are any significant breakage, loss or damage, barring minor breakages these will be charged for at cost.
We require a 50% deposit at time of booking, a verbal booking will be held for 10 days whilst we await deposit. The balance payment must be received 8 weeks prior to the booked date.
Confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit confirming dates and the remaining balance.
If we do not receive the deposit or the payment within the specified time we reserve the right to re-let the property and in the case of the balance payment to retain the deposit. We will endeavour to contact you before re-letting the property.
If you have to cancel your holiday after you have paid the full amount, we will only refund the balance of payment IF we are able to re-let the property.
If we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. flooding, or the house burning down!) we will try to find you alternative accommodation or issue a full refund.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
